I've just updated the interest search, if you fill the "Interests" search box, a new field in the search results will show "Intrsts". This field will show a score, the higher the score the better the match to your results.

If you require a word be included in their profile description, you can add a "+" before the word.

If you require a word be NOT be included in their profile description, you can add a "-" before the word.

If you want an exact phrase to be present, put it in "quotation marks".

In order to have the results in your sorted by the best match (highest interest score), select "Interest" in the Order drop down box.

Ordering:

If ordering is set to Interest and interest is empty it will sort by last online, so you can leave it as interest if you like, no need to change it, just clear interest. (Hence I set this as default)

Sample:
chastity denial: results with chastity and/or denial (the more the higher the score)
+chastity +denial: results that contain both chastity and denial
+chastity -denial: results that contain chastity but NOT denial
chastity chastity spanking: results that chastity and/or spanking, but chastity contributes more to the interest score
"chastity and denial": results with the exact phrase chastity and denial
